So i'm going to adopt a new way of thinking (which i guess is more like... My old way of thinking LOL!) when planning and working around my life, i'm no longer aloud to think things like "what if my anxiety acts up?" Of course it wont act up. I'm perfectly healthy and normal. Why worry about something that MIGHT happen? If it DOES act up then I adapt and act accordingly. No catastrophic thinking. Lets see what happens :)
