Its was all going so well

Then I took my last tablets last night then I seemed to get a little over tired so went to bed and when I was lying in bed all I could seem to feel was my heart thumping through my chest

This didn't worry me or make me anxious was just annoying and then all of a sudden I took an attack, started sweating, breathing heavy and had uncontrollable shaking so had to take a Valium to calm down nd actually get to sleep

I took the Valium and I felt like I was floating within minutes and sinking all at the same time was such a weird feeling

How are you now? Today was weird while I was out shopping I felt weird and outta place . I had no chest pressure I just felt dizzy .

Well I am very tired after actually having a full nights sleep for the first time since last Friday just was just starting to feel normal when it happened

Valium will make you feel tired the next day/after a sleep as it gives people a sort of hangover
