I think so most likely gas. Don't worry I always have it.

no I haven't what us the symptoms of gerd? can it cause chest pains eveeyday??would I just ask my normal doctor about it

Yes it can. If it's untreated, it's harmless it's something a little worse then heart burn. Ask your pcp to have that checked out for you, also if you suffer anxiety that is one of the main symptoms . Just try as relax have a glass of water or go take a nice walk. I think I may go do that a little later.
