Try giving it a couple of days and see how it goes if not go bk to the doctor's and see if they can increase the dosage. I got put on 80mg at first but the side effects scared me and I refused to take them. Good luck let me know how you get on. X

Thank you I am going to try it over the weekend
I always feel like there's no light at the end of the tunnel when it starts happening and then after I feel wiped out just like now after 4 panic attacks in a hour I feel ridgid
Is it normal to feel ridgid after an attack?

I do. I normaly have an attack nd a few minutes after the first one I get another one. They are horrible I'd choose heart palpitations any day than an attack. Xx

After a panic attack I usually feel like I got hit by a truck. Takes a while to get back to normal. Give the meds some time. When I started mine and every time they upped the dosage my anxiety goes crazy for about a week so don't give up!

Yes it wears off to a large extent if you can learn to relax and deal with triggers. I now have good days & bad but on the whole getting better. It takes a while though.
