Heartbeat??

Hi all,this question will probably sound really stupid but,does anyone feel their heartbeat in their head?!My head is hurting at the front and behind my eyes but it feels like it is pulsating??It is getting worse but I guess that is from me panicking about it??I am scared to go to sleep incase it is something bad??thanks for listening.

Yeah that's normal. Especially if you're having sinus issues and headaches. You just need to calm down and distract yourself and it should go away.
