Appt with a Professional Psychologist

Tomorrow I have an appt with a psychologist and from what I heard he's the senior expert on anxiety and panic disorders. Even the psychologist that I was seeing recommended him because she felt he can answer my questions and better help me then she can. Finally someone who is honest with me by not trying to shove meds in my face. Has anyone experienced this before? What was it like?

Good for you! That's awesome. I hope they are able to help you. Keep us posted on how it's working out. Unfortunately, I've been to 2 or 3 psychologists and none of them were really very good. One just sounded like he was reading a high school psychology book to me.
