Ive been having the same pains for the last 4 weeks or so :(

I've had the pains for months. And everyone writes it off as anxiety... FRUSTRATING!!!

do u know what it is? someone said trapped wind but it's everyday :/

I personally think it's to do with inflammation caused by anxiety. I'm going back to the doctor in Friday to hopefully run more tests. As long as it's not excruciating (can't walk, can't talk, can't move with screaming), it's not life threatening at the moment. Try to relax and take a hot bath. See if that helps.

I had a ultrasound scan that came back clear. So think it might just be the anxiety causin us to tense up all our muscles
