Strange side effect but I bet it will stop. You can also try 1/2 dose and see it it helps enough yet stops the wetting. I did that as a kid until maybe 12 and have used benzos since 1981 and never had that happen. Hmm. But I guess it can. :( Alankay

what dose are you on? Maybe is too much for you? Over sedated person does not control the bladder the way it suppose to be.

Well it is not too much. I am on it too. However i am on it for years so I have the high tolerance. Maybe you should try to go with half of dose, it should be enough for you. Or just patiently wait for your body to learn to sleep again. what happens to you happens to others too, it will stop:))

I am in this age that I expierence different limitation. Unfortunately. I think there is nothing to be embarrass about. It probably hit your system too hard. Some people have low tolerance on meds. I do on pain killers. One tylenol 3 and I am stoned :))

I just made the lemon balm extract, and it helps me to sleep. Maybe you should combine it with a half of does of ativan. It is very safe to use it, I think any health food store would carry it. Maybe is worth it to try:)

I'll give it a try. Thanks for the tip. I did get some lavender lotion today. They say it helps too.

Absolutely, lavender has calming properties, even taking a sniff from the bottle of lavender essential oil, is calming, so is chamomile. Today is the third day I stopped taking clonazepam, at day time, and I switched to Lemon Balm extract I take it twice 20 drops twice a day. I am happy to report that it works on me. It is very strong because I made double extract. :)
