Does anyone else's anxiety make them feel like they have strange pains in areas of the body? Like I have weird pains in my legs randomly and in my neck and back? I'm super anxious most of the time and haven't found anything to help me calm down I just have to let it pass on my own.

Yeah. I'd say so when you're anxious. Alankay

I know what you mean. Look up "paresthesia." Anxiety makes you hypersensitive and more aware of any discomfort or perceived sensory factors, most occurring naturally. Phantom pains in the extremities are common. I remember bouts of panic making me nauseated even. And I was nauseated.
Your technique of "letting it pass" is actually not a bad one. Not fighting panic/anxiety and letting it come is a way to passively accept it and immediately move on. Also, low oxygen levels by not breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth can make it worse. Try these things. You can do it. ;)

I make myself think that I have something serious wrong with me like I'm going to have a heart attack or I have a brain tumor bc I have a headache or just other random things. And all it does is make my anxiety worse. Does anyone else do this?

That's the thing with anxiety for me. I've been to the er and always checked out fine. When I have these symptoms I know it's anxiety but I have a hard time believing it and letting go which only makes it worse. There are very few symptoms I've found that my anxiety can't reproduce lol

So glad I stumbled across this. I get weird body sensations in my arms and legs everyday. I'm young too so it's scary but I know if it was something serious.. Something would've happened already
