HELP Severe anxiety advice needed and welcome

I have major anxiety and social Anxiety, this is secondary to major neck and nerve injury with pending court case in 4days, going crazy regularly take 1 x30mg Serepax and 8mg Diazepam neither working and having panic attacks 6-8 a day lasting up to 1.5hours on average,

Please any advice on what I could possibly ask doctor for as he seems to think this is best medication but I'm going crazy and getting nil sleep

Either switch to only diazepam and up the dose on that(15- 20 mgs) or go to/ask about a high potency one like klonopin or ativan. The benzos you're taking will help at the right dose. Using only one(monopharmacy) helps you determine best how a given drug will work for you. Diazepam at the right dose will help more quickly. I use it and at the right dose is highly effective even for panic attacks. Alankay

the only thing that has helped me is cannabis..try to find you some sativas for the happy high feeling or some indica strains for the more chill calm state
