Arm pain

anyone who also gets arm/hand pain or weakness etc.. Is there anything that helps settle it down abit? can't deal with this everyday! nothing works :( makes it worse it's mainly my left side.. wake up with it and it just drags on throughout the day..

Don't focus on it. If you feel the pain, recognize it and say to yourself, "oh there's that pain again." But don't give it anymore attention than that. Soon you'll notice the pain go away. :)

This might sound strange... but I find putting cold water on it :) It works for me. x
