Meditation/self hypnosis

Hi all, just wondering if any of you have found these helpful and if anyone can recommend a good app on the iphone for them?

I'm not sure of one on the Iphone, But mindfulness meditation is apparently really helpful

I love meditation. I think for an iphone app - just find some good ones on youtube, you could listen through them there. I think they are really good before bed. I just do a theta beat one and I sleep really deep.
