Citalopram anyone had it?

Hi new here. Just had a baby 7 months ago and since then my anxiety and crazy thoughts of something bad happening has gone mad! I was first prescribed beta blockers which didn't help. I am not on 20mg of citalopram. Anyone else take these? Had an awful panic attack two days after starting them but I has been out drinking for a hen night. Didn't realise alcohol would affect me so much.
At the moment I just feel so lazy like I have no energy. I am back at work on Monday ( which is think is the trigger to it all anyway ) and just want to feel better. I have been taken them 10 days now

I have been taken them 10 days now hi there my panic as come bk really bad so think I will get bk on these I was on them about 4 years ago and they worked wonders I took buspirone with them that stopped the attacks
