Hand pain

Anyone get pain in there left hand?.. it comes with a little bit of tinglyness :(

I get it in both hands and both legs frequently. More of a mild burn.

Not lately, but yes, I used to get sharp shooting pains in my left arm when I was near to having a panic attack.
