New symptom has arisen

Muscle Jolts!!??? Its irritating especially when relaxing as nothing I can do about it..bare in mind I do NOT have autism it feels like a "tick" but I know its now.

Does anyone else get muscle problems during health/anxiety?

Is it when ur relaxing n almost asleep and all of a sudden u jolt and wake up suddenly? I get these all the time but so does my bf and he doesn't have anxiety.

Think it's just a way of us relaxing which I find difficult to do
