can tiredness cause a fuzzy/dizzy head?

i get spells of this but having a bad one at the mo, i ve seen docs about this before and they did put it down to tiredness and anxiety and saying that neither one is helping the other and my eyes are always aching and feeling heavy. has anyone else had or have this? its pretty annoying. and where i am trying to exercise more its proving difficult as it gets a bit worse with exercising and obviously with my health anxiety i think its something really bad so now i am constantly thinking about it.

I get really sick when I'm really tired. I've gotten pain, dizziness, twitching, head foggyness, and other symptoms. It can also make anxiety feel a lot worse than normal.

Last night, I was so exhausted after a REALLY long day. I was in horrible pain, I was extremely twitchy, dizzy, confused and cranky. I slept like 12 hours and now I feel mostly better.
