this has happened once before same place but it's happening again this morning. under my right eye I keep getting a twitching feeling, very annoying

emtw, have you heard of benign fasciculation syndrome (BFS)? This effects a lot of people with anxiety. I get this myself. It comes and goes....it's never permanent. Sometimes I get a twitch under one of my eyes. I also get twitching in the muscles in my arms and legs. It can come on suddenly and randomly, and then disappear just as quickly. It's nothing to worry about. I find that the more I think about it the worse it gets. So ignore it. If you do that it will go away. I tend to get it more when I've had trouble sleeping but there's no real pattern. Caffeine or energy drinks aggravate it.

Do you get the muscle one too? When you're lying in bed, and just JOLT like someone has pushed you? That ones funny. Such a bizarre feeling. I had a dream last night I got hit by a truck :S it reminded me of it.
