I get this often. I really believe it's from my jaw clenching. My jaw itself doesn't hurt much, but I do notice tension up where it hooks on to my head (very technical here - lol) and I believe that is where the pain comes from. Any chance yours is the same?

This could be TMJ through clenching your jaw when stressed or going through a anxious time go to ur dentist and see an if it is they can give you a guard to stop u clenching ur teeth/jaw so bad

I get those all of the time. Really bad migraines on the left side of my head. They're normal .. And anxiety definitely makes them worse because when you tell yourself it's bad.. You will start to physically feel it
