Fatigue/light headedness

Does anyone else feel tired and light headed on a daily basis?

Yes, this happens to me as well, but I believe it's completely normal. Do you ever find yourself hyperventilating or having panic attacks? Both of these can cause you to be light headed or dizzy. Similarly, having anxiety or depression can cause extreme fatigue or aches because your muscles and nerves are being tightened and stressed.

Right now i'm having chest pains and been really worried because i keep havin pains in my sides and then i go light headed/fuzzy headed :(
