Can't sleep again!!!

I am soooooo tired,came to bed early,now surprise,surprise,I can't get to sleep.My head is hurting,I feel dizzy and I don't feel all there(if that makes sense?)I wish I could get a good nights sleep,thinking about all the stuff what could be wrong with me.Worrying about headaches AGAIN!!!!!

So good to know someone else can't sleep either. Not been well all day and new tablets so think I slept too much during the day. I dread nighttimes from 8 pm in case I can't sleep and it turns into a long night. I have had a routine all set out for weeks now but it still won't work or it works to start with but I am up again by 4 am

I think my brain won't shut down,even when I do sleep,it is only for an hour or two then I wake up with a jolt!!:-(
