Pain in left elbow

Woke up this morning with severe pain in left elbow. I read online that one lady had this symptom before having a heart attack now I'm really concerned. What could this be? I do have a bulging disc in my neck that I do weekly therapy for but this has really got my anxiety elevated !

I have this right now too. I'm not sure if it's anxiety or not because I was told by a chiropractor that my neck is misaligned causing all kinds of things to be out of whack. I can believe this but at the same time I think it could be anxiety or even fibromyalgia which can also accompany anxiety. Hard to say and I have no insurance to see a bunch of dr's. I figure I'll wait it out and if it gets worse I'll go in then. I miss the days when I felt normal.
