Thinking of starting sertaline

I'm thinking of starting sertaline for my anxiety and depression anyone else on these and finds it helped x

Hi kays. I was on Sertraline for many years. I definitely found it helpful for my panic attacks. It helped my depression too, though not as much as I had hoped. If you've never taken SSRI's before it's probably a good idea to start on the lowest possible dose. For some reason, doctors don't always start people off on the lowest dose and that can be an issue for some folks. I know that Zoloft (Sertraline) comes in 25 mg tablets, so that might be a good way to start.
