when will it end

sick of my arms aching on a daily basis :( when I lift them to reach for something they ache, wen I'm sitting on computer they ache :/ also get random pains in my arms and hands and my left arm (upper) goes numb for no reason Urgh :( is this normal

I have the same thing alot I believe it's because when you're anxious and unsettled you (probably unconsciously) are very tense in your shoulders and neck and your muscles get tired and achy and makes your figures and sometimes your feet tingle.

I get these symptoms all the time even wen I'm feeling calm

You should always get these type of things checked by a Dr and then if it a physical problem you know it is anxiety and can treat it accordingly.
