Update

Been feeling great for over a week now. The only problem I have is just my GERD which is killing my appetite. I just I just don't wana get sick if something is not digested right. Overall anxiety has subsided and I went to the store and felt fine usually ill b ready to pass out but I held up. Still need to work on waiting in line with a bunch of pple but I'm getting better. The weather hasn't worked in my favor cuz it's been hot so I'm get hot flashes at night. Wish me luck.

Thank you! Just one step at a time and now I'm seeking employment to start working again. Hope everything goes well. How have you been?

I've been up and down really..progress is positive though and I'm slowly getting more good days than bad.
