Im 20 weeks pregnwnt and feel very werid like sometimes im not quite with it like ill watch my son playing with my his dad my partner and ill feel like im watching from outside an bubbl3 like im a ghost sounds really werid I know

Hi sharace, It sounds like a form of derealization. I get this too sometimes, and I didn't know what it was until I posted about it here. Apparently it's a common anxiety symptom. Nothing feels quite real and it's like being in a trance, or, as you say, you feel like you're a ghost.

Yup, It's DR. I've had it too. You have to ignore it andkeep engaging in normal activity and it will go away.
