Tingling ?!?!?

I have Ben having tingling in my back and in my big toe all day long!!!! I have no idea why and I'm freaking out I have also felt light headed and spacy

I have tingling sensations and numbness in my hands, shoulder, back, and face when I get anxious. They seem to occur randomly, and it most definitely freaks me out. I don't know why, but I know I've gotten through it time after time, and there doesn't seem to be anything really wrong with me otherwise. Sorry!!
