Help!

Bad pains in my right arm they hurt so much! it's usually my left arm that's always hurting but I'm getting really bad pains in the upper right arm today.. any advice or anyone get this

Yes, I get this one almost on a daily basis. I'm not sure what causes it, to be honest. My heart seems to be ok so far (more testing next week), so maybe it's an actual shoulder/joint issue?

it's all down my arms and hands they aren't painfull but then the pain comes on and it really hurts but when it goes away I feel ok again.. I get chest pain too so it's horrible
