Awake again.

Does anyone else get headache in the back of the head and neck,just woke up with it!!!I always have head pain,I think something is going on in there which is making it worse and making me anxious again!!!

My head hurts when I first wake up sometimes. The transition from sleep to wakefulness can be a bit painful sometimes--especially if you woke up abruptly or early. It could also be the way you were sleeping. Try to calm down until you're comfortable enough to sleep again.
