Driving me crazy can't sit still can't stop moving im exhausted
Does anyone else suffer with this symptom & how can I control it & relax . ?

You recently started Effexor, right? Starting an AD can cause this but it shold pass. Alankwak

It might help to split the dose AM and PM until your system gets used to it. I'd say split the dose if you have tabs with a pill splitter(some are scored for easy splitting) Morning and Evening which will lower the peak blood level(even the level more) which will lessen side effects. After a week or two go back to AM dosing and see how it goes. This often helps so ask your doc or Pharmacist. You're still taking the same daily amount. PM me any time. Alankay
