for the last 15 mins or so I've had a niggling pain under left beast on n off lasts up to 10/15 sec???

It's anxiety related. The fact it lasted 10-15 seconds prooves that. Even if it lasts longer. If it comes and goes, heck even if it stays around. It's nothing to worry about. You don't need help. By assuming you do you're wrongly assuming you're in danger. Ergo making your fight or flight response kick in. This then leads to more adrenaline, more tension - more symptoms.

Let it come and go it can't hurt you any more than the ache or pain lasts.
