Migraine

Hi,I have got a bad migraine,does anyone else's head feel like it is going to explode??!I always seem to worry more!!!!

Migraines are horrible. For me the nausea is almost as bad as the headache. It's soooooooooooooooooo unpleasant. But yes, my head does feel like it might explode when I get a migraine too. Really hope you feel better soon.

Thanks,I know its a migraine but because it hurts so much,I imagine the worst possible cause!
