so the doctor thinks I'm hyperventilating :/ is that what could be causing my symptoms cos half the time I don't feel anxious at all but still get them!

Almost certainly. It's at least contributing to a big part of it.

Thank u. just I've never experienced a panic attack before but I've been feeling anxious on and off for 8 month with physical symptoms none stop for about 6 months.. like chest pain shortness of breathe arm pain etc..
