Strange cold feelings in veins

I'm hoping this is another in a long line of strange neurological symptoms attributed to my anxiety but if it is this one is a new one for me. Wondering if anyone can relate.. Lately off and on I have been getting strange cold sensations in my legs, arms and back that I can only describe as being like having ice water running through my veins. It seems to happen when I go for walks most. No pain but it's really a little alarming. Anyone ever had or heard of this happening? It's increasing my anxiety right now.
