Needing some thoughts

I go to the cardiologist tomorrow because I keep having stabbing chest pains, get out of breath very quickly and easily during small tasks, heart races sometimes with just walking around the house. I'm sincerely hoping they say my heart is perfectly fine and this is, in fact just my anxiety. I'm so worried and don't know what to expect. I could use a prayer or two. Thanks!

When you get up and do something, is it with the worry in the back of your mind that your heart is going to trip out. I do that. I'll get up and instantly think, oh no, hope my heart doesn't race, or I'll be doing a chore and think, what if this gave me a heart attack? Instant tachycardia! :) Good luck. I'm sure everything is going to be fine.

Well he did a stress test on me said my heart is in great health and shape... So this is all just anxiety/me needing to exercise.

The best thing ever will be finally knowing one way or the other. I hope that brings you some peace. Even if there are issues, so many heart problems are easily treated with meds. If there are no issues, maybe that will help bring your anxiety level down. Believe me, you are NOT alone!!

Now, do not start to question the doctors opinion. I question my GP opinion but she is crazy, today when I said I feel wonderful she started poking trying to find what wrong with me. :)) You were lucky to get to see cardiologist, so you can calm down and try to fight the A. :))
