The body takes time to adjust from new medicines. This can take a couple of weeks. I found myself feeling unnatural for quite some time when I was on the SSRI's I tried. The feelings do pass in time. Just do your best, as with anxiety symptoms to not fixate on them. That simply empowers the sensations and distracts you from functioning in your day to day. Let them do their job and in the mean time I'd recommend lookoing into a form of therapy, especially CBT if you aren't already in therapy. Medications can subdue anxiety but they'll never cure it. You must address your fears, worries and trains of thought to overcome anxiety. Fully accepting it's anxiety 100% is the first step and this is also the hardest and can take a long time to fully realize. Unfortunately there is no instant cure for anxiety. It took time to come about with piling stresses and worries and it'll take time to fully recover.
Hope you feel better soon.
