panic attacks from pot?

before i got anxiety i smoked hella pot but now even a small amout gives me a horrible attack

Yeah, that is what started my panic attacks. I toked real hard once in high school, and go so high I kinda went blind for a few minutes. From then on I have had panic attacks, even when I was around the shit afterward I would start to freak, like just smelling it, not necessarily getting a contact or anything.

i can take like a hit, But anymore and i get a feeling of my chest being real tight

happened to me. Ever since then I've been clean. WAY too scary to be worth the high. I've always looked my incident as my body's way of saying,
get this shit outta here, it's not healthy." heh...
