Hey everyone :)
New girl from Florida here..and I'm just getting through this awkward introductory phase. I've got my issues with severe panic/anxiety and certain pesky phobias, which really make me feel like a total basket case and make living life difficult at times...
I have a great family who supports and helps me deal with my issues, but it's also hard when they don't know exactly how I'm feeling and what I'm going through, so I've found this forum to find others who I can possibly relate with. And hopefully I'll find some great advice, and from my own experience, maybe help others deal with this hell called anxiety.
