Somedays I don't when I can rationalise the feelings like I no it's all anxiety and nothing sinister I can say relatively calm but others like today I'm a mess my brain is working in overdrive and every twinge sends me into a panic attack.

I'm a bit like that some days like today picking my niece up from school I was panicking and this morning at the doctors. But other days I'm fine I still get chest pain, arm pain and what not but don't panic with it. Them days aren't any easier to deal with as there's still that what if in the back of my mind and the symptoms are horrible whatever my mood

I really don't get full blown panic attacks frequently. I've had them, yes, but generally speaking I just have general anxiety and a lot of physical symptoms that go along with it. Be thankful that you don't get them...they're not fun.

Yes. Anxiety is psychological distress. PA often, but not always follows ...... or accompanies. Alankay
