Chronic chest pain

Does anybody get like a annoying lil chest pain on left side under the breast bone sometimes travels to the side but mostly stays n same area very scared its my heart feels constant even when breathing I panicked last night cause I thought I was having a heart attack back got tight n arms but I woke up n pain still there starting to get scared haven't had this symptom in awhile I've had test but still afarid I got clogged arteries or heart problem or blood clot :( never ends

im a 24yr female. I have been having chest pain for 2 months (mines on the right) it even turned into when i swallowed I couldnt get food or water down. Now the swallowing pain is gone but still have pain near sternum radiates to collarbone shoulder neck arm, thought it was costo for a while, but now it feels like muscle pain. some days its tingly and i convince myself of a heart attack or some scary muscle disease. Deep down I know im a healthy young female and its all in my head. Still trying to find a solution for myself. If you havent been to the doctor to talk about your symptoms i would go just to ease your mind, but you did mention youve had "tests" so im sure everything is fine.

I've seen the doctor bout these issues allmost 9 times in past 6 months also 3 er visits

Your not alone hun, I too suffer although its my breathing n chest pain straight away I was told its anxiety get some propalol from doc they help me so much

I've been on them for 2 days and wow what a difference they have really helped me so much

Ah I've been prescribed some but not took any Cos worrying of side affects

if youve been to the doctor that many times im sure youre fine. I as well have been to the er 3 times which granted 2 times i had kidney pain from a stone and infection. but if we had something seriously wrong they would of seen signs. try some anti anxiety meds im hoping to get some next week!
