I'm new to this site, and just trying to see if other people experience the same stuff I do. I have panic attacks daily and more than a few a day. Recently (the past month) I have been extreme dizzy even when I'm not having an attack. I went to the ER with my pulse rate at 175. Does anyone else stay dizzy for long periods or is this not associated with panic disorder

It probably is related, and the same thing happens to me! :(

Usually I get super dizzy then my heart rate goes crazy and skips around then more dizzy short of breath then I get terrified that I'm dying! I try to tell myself I'm fine but then I think I'm going crazy and that it will last for the rest of my life. Sometimes my heart hurts so bad I want it to stop bearing. I probably sound crazy

You're just dizzy as your blood gases are off by the rapid pulse, higher BP and breathing. When you calm down I bet it fades. Alankay

Have you considered using a beta blocker? they may help stop your heart beat from soaring so high

I'm dizzy even when I'm not having a panic attack though. Doc said could be migraines

Haven't tried those. Do they make you feel like crap?

Usually the dizziness comes from hyperventilating - because you are panicking you are shallow breathing from your chest. If you put your hands over your nose and mouth and breath slow and deeply this will stop the panic immediately and then if you just start to breath slow and deep from your stomach the panic will subside and so will the dizziness. Concentrating on just your breath is a form of meditation and will help relax you and get rid of the dizziness.
