Yes! I just had a whole day where this happened off and on. Like a burning stabbing pain in my left breast. No other symptoms though. Weird.

I don't get this but definitely get very sore nipples, as if I am coming on all the time. It is really painful if your clothes touch them or if you knock them. Since going through the menopause I get this at really odd times of the month. But I do not usually get burning or stabbing pain.
