Another newbie

Hi,

Just introducing myself. I'm Dan from Australia and basically I'm a jumbled mess of severe anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, fears and you name it really I've probably experienced it or am experiencing it. I'm 30 years old and live alone. I don't have any kind of support system or family contact at all. I do have some ways of dealing with my issues on my own though but at the end of the day I'm really here to discover more effective ways of thinking and dealing with the daily hell that is anxiety. Hopefully at the very least I can find a few people who can relate to my inability to deal with life in general :) Cheers.
