Okay. So today my double vision was worse than any other day. It was accompanied with a head ache and I'm really scared. I immediately started to panic. Granted my eyes were very dry and I'm always dehydrated as I never drink a lick of water. Mostly fizzy drink or tea. My eyes were really fuzzy. As in my vision was fuzzy. If you understand what that means. My double vision happens at any time of the day and usually lasts 30 mins to an hour. Could this be anxiety? As I have many other eye symptoms and physical symptoms that are completely bollocks. ): am I okay???

Sounds like anxiety, but have consulted a doctor to see if it is migraines?
Anxiety causes amazing symptoms and all individual.
If it is anxiety try deep, slow breathing for a while and see if the symptoms get better, this could prove that it is anxiety causing the problem.

Yes I've gotten many tests and my doc says everything is perfect. I'm going for my MRI tomorrow though. xx

My doc says I do have "silent" migraines. Sometimes they do hurt. But very rarely.

I went through it 8 years ago, I was stressed like hell. Double vision and could not drive, additional vertigo. They checked everything. CT head scan. Neurological tests , ENT doctor and some more. The diagnosis were GAD and panic attack. I went on meds and it magically disappeared :)
I never got it back even when I quit taking meds. I got different symptoms but that a long story :)

It's comforting to know someone else who's experienced this. It really scares me as I keep googling the causes of double vision. It's getting me really worried about my MRI results. As I have many other eye symptoms other than vertical double vision. One can only wait for results xx
