Pain under left breast

So right now I'm laid in bed and I'm having this pain under my right breast in my chest it's quite a sharp pain :( why does it hurt so much grrrrr fed up

I get like this every night always at bedtime or if im worrying loads I'm not sure what it is but if I try and take my mind off it or get distracted it usually goes away

That's gas. I get that all the time. I never worry about that

I get that if I have eaten too much or have gas or I guess it could be both. It's really uncomfortable but it will pass!
