Hello I get lots of pain in my chest and head. Been to docs n a&e all they say is its anxiety and try to calm down. Not easy once I feel a pain my anxiety kicks in and then the dizziness and other symptoms start. X

I get them too but I've smoked cigs for a long time so I just assume that's why

I get them constantly, but I also smoke so I always assumed it was asthma setting in. It's usually followed with chest pains, throat feeling like it's closing in and not being able to breathe.
