It's got to the point where I can't leave the house now I'm dizzy hot sweats, blurred vision, heart racing have been sick or felt sick hot rush from my feet to my head and a fuzzy weird head...its just Horrible wouldn't wish it on any one.

I honestly thought that was it Im a gonna!! My time is up!!

Today it was so backhand the doctor come in he has given me some tablets but here's where the circle starts again... Because now I'm panicking about what the tablets will do to me. Then I'm panicking about panicking does this make sense????

Am I going mad???

Please any advice would be great sorry to babble on!

Thanks

It is very easy to babble on about anxiety and panic attacks - that is what they make our head do. Panic and anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms like you describe, and the best way to stop them is to concentrate on breathing slowly and deep, from your stomach. Shallow breathing from your chest makes you more anxious, hyper ventilate, and go dizzy etc.
Not worry about taking tablets if they have been prescribed for you.
Lots of people take tablets to help with these problems, lots also don't take any. It is a personal choice. If you can get over the attacks without tablets then that is great but if you need the tablets to get over the attacks then stop worrying about the side effects etc and take them to help you.
I have tried with and without tablets and both are bad to get through.
Eventually you will find a way to stop your anxiety and panic - some ideas - wet your lips, ice on back of neck, ice in cold water and splash on face, concentrate on deep breathing, meditation (most simplest is concentrating on your breathing).
So lots of things you can try to do instead of or as well as taking the tablets.
Don't go googling the tablets on the internet though or you will just feel worse.
