I find when I'm anxious I end up feeling super bloated, I look pregnant, chest discomfort, more anxious, difficulty breathing. I try to remedy the situation by belly breathing but I feel like it's all messed up and not working. I'm drinking peppermint tea to try and help but does anyone have any other ideas?

I have chest discomfort. .. and its crazy... I hate it... real gassy myself.

Walking... even around my house... it's scary cause ur chest feels bubbly and a lot of pressure.. yikes... I keep a ton of gas-x on me

I get the same way! I used to think I had a food allergy but have noticed it is mainly when I am really anxious. My stomach gets really distended like I am pregnant, I hate it!

Get some crystallized ginger and have a couple pieces whenever you're feeling anxious/bloated. That usually works for me.
