Feeling like you're in a dream?

Does anybody else have this sensation, like you're not really awake and you just feel really spaced out and your head just doesn't feel right. I've been feeling like this a lot lately... Just hope I'm not the only one.

I usually feel great when I wake up...and feel good for the first couple of hours, but after that then I feel like I'm in a daze.
