Can anger cause chest pain? I became extremely furious tonight and experienced chest pain after. Is this normal or am I having a heart attack??

If you haven't had you heart checked out, you should. Just to be sure. Anxiety and anger can certainly cause chest pains. But so can other things. I'm not trying to stress you, but you should always be seen by a doc when you have anxiety type symptoms, just to rule out a physical problem. I've had a stress test, echocardiogram, holt monitor and EKG, so when I have chest pains I know it is just anxiety. Or gas. Lol.
