Yeah! Like I get it really bad on my chest and my head. It feels like someone tied a bunch of weights on me

Mine is on my head and like legs kinda like a whole body thing... Is it anxiety?

This is actually happening to me right now! I ate lunch a while ago and my whole body feels heavy. This happens to me quite often. I'll check my heart rate and it's not really slow, so I doubt it's blood pressure. I hate it! My eyes are almost blurry and I feel generally spacey. UGH.

This is how I feel 5 out of f7 days a week!! It's horrible, especially towards night time after a long day at work, I feel like my vision has changed and I start too feel like gravity and my weight is dragging me down to the ground or I am going too fall! I hate this feeling the most as when I first experienced it I thought the worst such as paralysis or MS, I can't believe why anxiety or even our own human minds would want too make us feel so awful.. stupid anxiety!

I'm guessing so since so many other people feel this :b

My theory with after I eat is that my stomach requires more blood for digestion, and causes some of those sensations. A similar theory when I stand up, that blood was pooling in particular areas when I was sitting, and makes its way all over the body when I start walking. At least that's what I tell myself to keep the panic at bay! :)

Keeping the anxiety at bay is the best thing we can do, I have barely learned too keep it down too now but life has been so much better.
